Haha I hated this show. So unrealistic. Makes laugh

They could easily start filming a new series of this, open up with ambulances pulling in with a whole new cast (& maybe a few old ones too) and have no need for any big explanation for a new layout for the ER. We wouldn't bat an eyelid. The ER department at Cook County General Hospital just getting on with their jobs like they always have. No reboot, no remake, just a continuation of their story

I miss this show like crazy. Have watched absolutely loads of series, but this one has left the biggest gap in my life. Moreless I think it was great to end it while the show was still good. Some says it wasn't the same when Mark died, it wasn't but I still think it was great. Look at Grey's Anatomy. Utter crap after 9 seasons and now there's like 20 odd seasons..

I was 8 years old when ER is leaving NBC which by the way I wasn't a fan of the show since 2001. Still gold and painful to watch as an old soul person for 1994.

After 15 years…it was time. I watched every episode. Is it time for a revival ?

show-runners just played/messed with the concept of justice =( I guess that's why I liked to see fun stuff from it, but not the thing as it is.

Sounds much better than the opening version thanks to a faster pace and the trumpet magic. Just my uneducated opinion. And the Lions Gate helicopter footage during the blue hour is out of this world, as it should be.
